Question 1: How To Create my account?
Answer 1 : Go to Home Page on the top right corner you will find the word "Account" click on it and you will find simply instructions and follow.
Question 2: Is it necessary to create a personal account?
Answer 2: The creation of your personal account to www.hobbyola.com is needed to make your purchases directly from our online store.
Additionally, using your e-account for your purchases, you can take advantage of special offers on products and services and to provide easy and immediate to status and history of your orders.
Question 3: What Payments Methods are accepted?
Answer 3: We accept many payment methods and you can find it on the bottom of te Home Page but we recomend Paypal because all major credit cards are accepted through Paypal's secure payment system. Payment with Paypal is instant and offers buyer protection, so you never need to worry about your purchase!
Question 4: Can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Answer 4: We can change or cancel your order at any time before it is ready for shipping. After that, changes are no longer possible. Please bear in mind that it only takes a few hours for your order to be ready to ship, once it has been submitted. It is therefore important that you contact us with changes as soon as possible.
Question 5: Where do you ship to?
Answer 5: Usually, we ship worldwide with Epacket, normally the shippment to worldwide is used to take 8 ~25 business days, exclude Sat & Sun. (depending on customs and times such as Christmas mail delays etc). You can check your package's logistics information on EMS website or 17 track.
We can also provide express post by EMS(5-8 days) or UPS(4-5 days) or TNT & DHL. The cost is higher than standard postage please contact us.
Question 6: How do I return an item?
Answer 6: Product refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase as long as the package is unopened and you have the receipt. If you find that the item you purchased from Hobby Ola is defective, we are happy to exchange or fix the product, hassle free. Read our Return Policy.
Question 7: Do you ship your scooters internationally?
Answer 7: Not all of them. Some of them we ship only in USA and there is a banner on the page to inform the customer.
Question 8: Is there Guarantee for the scooters?
Answer 8: Hobby Ola products are guaranteed to be quality merchandise. Many products carry a Manufacturer's warranty. Hobby Ola will pass this warranty on to the buyer. Buyer should notify Hobby Ola immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that meet the return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested. *Any used product offered by Hobby Ola (wheels, or any other parts) are not included in these policies unless otherwise noted
Question 9: I live in USA do you accept returns?
Answer 9: Hobby Ola will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back within 10 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.
Question 10: If I need to repair my scooter do you have parts?
Answer 10: Always we have parts for our scooters.
Question 11: If my product is past the warranty is there any local service center?
Answer 11: If you live in USA after your purchase we will give you the url of our Service Center Locator. Use this page to find your closest service center that support and repair our products. Brands include: MotoTec, Evo Powerboards, Wheelman, TRX, Mini Motos, Kalee, Injusa, Feber, Quadra Bike, Big, NPL, ScooterX, Toys Toys and Emad.

Question 12: How long it takes to send me the scooter after my payment.
Answer 12: About USA 3 days is in transit and after that we send it with Fedex Home delivery. International Shipping it takes 22-38 bus.days.
